Collaboration with Archroma®, Dewhirst® and ESPRIT®

Sustainable innovation is strengthened when major companies join forces. That’s why, together with Archroma®, Dewhirst® and ESPRIT®, at Care Applications we have developed responsible fashion collections that show it is possible to combine design, quality, and environmental respect.

In this project, we applied Archroma®’s CASUAL x SMART® dyeing system alongside our Close-N® technology, achieving garments with cleaner and more efficient processes. The results speak for themselves: a 28% reduction in processing time, 33% in water consumption, 21% in energy, 35% in chemical use, and 22% in CO₂ emissions compared to conventional processes.

Thanks to this collaboration, ESPRIT has been able to launch fashion collections that retain their characteristic style without compromising the planet, paving the way for a more conscious and sustainable textile industry.
