DESIGN AND FUNCTIONING

It is an environmentally responsible system for performing dyeing, washing, and special textile finishes without bath, applying chemicals and dyes directly onto the fiber in the vertical washer without compartments, ensuring a safe environment for the worker. The ECOFinish® system atomizes water and product droplets to mist-like dimensions, allowing for controlled diffusion. It enhances the capabilities of basic machines, equaling and even improving the results obtained with traditional bath systems.

The only system capable of performing traditional dyeing and washing with a 1:1 liquor ratio, without immersion bath. Maintains productivity, quality, and process reproducibility.

ECOFinish® installation can be approached in multiple ways. ECOFinish® COMBI

The ECOFinish® COMBI system allows managing two machines from a single control unit simultaneously and independently.

ECOFinish® COMBI PLUS

The ECOFinish® COMBI PLUS system can be installed in three or four washers: two with independent operation and the others alternating with those two. This way, up to two washers can work at the same time.

With the CLOSE module, safety is achieved by preventing the atomized product not absorbed by the fabric from being released into the work environment.
