
It is a machine with a unique structure, patented by Care Applications®, offering the possibility to perform small-scale dyeing and finishing samples that can later be reproduced in production. It allows machine loads from only 300 grams up to 4 kg for denim and up to 10 kg for dyeing with only 3 liters of water, making it an ideal tool for sustainable R&D processes.
Thanks to its ability to work with liquor ratios equal to those of production, it enables the development of dyeing, washing, and bleaching processes with a high degree of control, reproducibility, and resource savings.
The UNO® machine has been designed with a large diameter that allows for effective mechanical action, accurately replicating the behavior of industrial production machines. Designed to operate with liquor ratios equal to those of production, allowing the same conditions as in industrial machines to be maintained. Its structure is optimized to guarantee reproducibility between sample and production, key in development laboratories of industrial laundries and dyehouses to standardize recipes for production.
