CLOSE-N® is an innovative system that allows working in an oxygen-free atmosphere, with the possibility of introducing nitrogen, creating ideal conditions for dyeing with reducing dyes such as sulphur or vat dyes.

Thanks to precise control of the Red-ox potential and pH, CLOSE-N® guarantees stable, reproducible and highly efficient processes. Its design keeps dyes in a reduced state throughout the dyeing process, maximizing the quality of the final result, with significant savings in chemical use.

  • It consists of a central control unit with data storage and transfer.
  • The sensors have a self-cleaning system that activates after each use, ensuring conservation and extending their optimal lifespan.
  • Management of Nitrogen introduction to create an inert atmosphere inside the washer
  • Thanks to its modular and scalable design, a single control unit can manage multiple nearby machines, optimizing resources and simplifying operation.
  • The amount of chemicals that keep dyes in reduction, such as alkali and reducing agents, is greatly reduced.

CLOSE-N® automatically controls Red-ox and pH parameters, storing the recorded data for later consultation. This enables greater process control, traceability, and response capacity to deviations, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
As an optional parameter to include is Conductivity.

CENTRALIZED MANAGEMENT FOR MULTIPLE EQUIPMENT:

The CLOSE-N® TETRA system allows managing multiple dyeing machines from a single control unit.

The dyeing machine is connected to CLOSE-N® sensors to measure key parameters such as Red-ox, pH, and conductivity, maximizing sensor utilization. At the same time, it manages the introduction of Nitrogen in each machine to create an oxygen-free inert atmosphere

Through the study of the plant's layout and operation, the most suitable and efficient control solution will be established for each case, thus providing a personalized response.
