WE TRANSFORM INDIGO, WE REDUCE IMPACT
DESIGN AND OPERATION
MergeProDye is our latest innovation: a system that allows garments to be dyed with INDIGO dye without immersion baths, cold processing, hydrosulphite or alkali.
Thanks to the combination of our ECOFinish® and CLOSE-N® technologies, we are able to maximise the performance of INDIGO dye and minimise the use of water, energy and chemicals in an inert environment with nitrogen to maintain its reduction throughout the process.
INDIGO dyeing using MergeProDye® technology is carried out using the DYE-ME line of clean products developed in collaboration with the company Quimacarca®.
MergeProDye combines:
ECOFinish®, ECOFinish®, atomisation of water and chemicals, ensuring uniform, controlled and localised distribution on the garment, without filling the bath in the machine.
CLOSE-N®, CLOSE-N®, introducing nitrogen creates an oxygen-free atmosphere in the rotary machine, ensuring optimal process conditions for indigo dye reduction, drastically reducing the use of reducing agents and alkali.
Both technologies, with the MergeProDye upgrade, allow maximum dye and chemical performance on the fibre and reduce the pollutant load of wastewater.
MergeProDye is fully compatible with vertical dyeing machines without compartments and allows working with INDIGO dye without bath, optimising resources and improving process efficiency.
