Collaboration with the School of Art and Design of Valencia

At Care Applications, we believe that education and industry must go hand in hand to drive real change in the textile sector. That’s why we collaborate with EASD Valencia and its Master’s Degree in Co-Design for Fashion and Sustainability, opening our doors to future generations of designers to promote responsible innovation through practice and co-creation.

During the session, led by our CEO Carmina Ferri, students and faculty members had the opportunity to learn firsthand about technologies such as ECOFinish® and Close-N®, processes that drastically reduce environmental impact. They also discovered the UNO® sampling machine, which allows real production parameters to be simulated on a small scale, facilitating quality control and optimization before industrial scaling.

Beyond the technical demonstration, the event became a space for dialogue and experimentation, where the designers of the future shared questions, concerns, and new perspectives. We firmly believe that the major environmental, social, and economic challenges can only be addressed through collaboration among designers, scientists, universities, and companies.

Through this collaboration, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting new talent and building a more just, circular, and future-ready textile industry.
