
From Care Applications we recommend combining CLOSE-N® with CONTROL-BOX® to be able to automate pH corrections and have a more controlled dyeing avoiding reprocessing and saving time.
Thanks to its ability to work with liquor ratios equal to those of production, it enables the development of dyeing, washing, and bleaching processes with a high degree of control, reproducibility, and resource savings.
Step 1: Hermetic seal with CLOSE
Prevents oxygen exchange, allowing for controlled and stable dyeing.
Step 2: Monitoring with CONTROL-BOX® BASIC
Records key data such as pH and Red-ox potential in real time, ensuring precise production and avoiding reprocessing.
Step 3: Nitrogen injection
It creates an oxygen-free atmosphere, which reduces the use of additives (alkali and reducing agents) by between 50% and 85%.
Results:
Greater effectiveness, lower chemical consumption and wastewater with low conductivity.




Recording these parameters will facilitate the control of sulfur and vat dyeing.
